Three pepper spicy guacamole
A spicy combination of chopped jalapeno habanero and fresh bell peppers mixed with our fresh homemade guacamole and cilantro topped with queso fresco. Plate modifier. Garnished with jalapeno red peppers and lemon wedge.
Guacamole
Mashed avocados onions and tomatoes. Small 3 oz, regular 6 oz. garnish with lemon wedge and h/h cheese. Plate modifier.

Tableside guacamole
Watch our guacamole specialist cut fresh avocados into a stone molcajete, mash and mix lemon juice garlic oil tomato onion cilantro and season with salt to create your very own traditional guacamole. Kick it up a notch with fresh chopped jalapenos. Guest may request more of any of the ingredients as wanted.
Chili con Queso
Melted cheese dip with chopped onions jalapenos and tomatoes. Cup or bowl. Add pico de gallo or chorizo for additional charge. Plate modifier.
Cowboy queso
Chopped beef fajita, Bacon and pico de gallo in melted cheese dip with chopped onions jalapenos and tomatoes. Plate modifier.
Guacamole and queso combo
Small cup of chili con queso served with a small guacamole. the perfect pair. Plate modifier. Guacamole served on top of the lettuce garnished with a lemon wedge.
Ceviche fresca
Fresh fish shrimp and scallops marinated in lemon juice with tomatoes onions and cilantro. Guest request only no tomatoes no onions no cilantro. Plate modifier. Served with nacho chips.
Mama Julio’s nachos
Individual chips topped with refried beans a blend of Monterey jack and cheddar cheese mesquite grilled beef or chicken fajitas. 10 individual chips. Modifier bean and cheese, beef, chicken, BF/CK. Guest request sautéed chicken or beef. Sour cream guacamole jalapenos lettuce tomatoes.
Hand rolled tamales
Corn husks lined with ground corn masa and stuffed with chicken or pork. Four individual tamales per order. Pork is served with New Mexico red sauce or salsa Carne. Chicken is serve with salsa Verde or creamy hatch chili sauce.
Roasted vegetable Tamales
Corn husks filled with corn masa roasted corn peppers and onions. Topped with cotija cheese and chipotle cream. 2 individual tamales per order. Plate modifier. Homemade pickled jalapenos.
Pulled chicken quesadillas
Two grilled tortillas stuffed with white cheese and sautéed chicken mix. Eight individual pieces half portion available. Plate modifier. Sour cream guacamole lettuce tomatoes.
Fajita quesadillas
Two grilled tortillas stuffed with melted white cheese sautéed onions and beef or chicken fajitas. Eight individual pieces. Guest can request add vegetable mix half portion no onions. Plate modifier. Sour cream guacamole lettuce tomatoes.
