Glass: Margarita glass, no ice
Method: Shake all ingredients into a boston with ice. Place dry ice into the nipple of the margarita glass and pour drink over
Garnish: the dry ice creates a bubbling effect

Tanqueray Gin - 50ml Elderflower Syrup - 25ml Apple Juice - 75ml Cranberry Juice - 75ml Lime Juice - 10ml Mint Leaves - 6
Glass: Sling with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients (except mint) into a boston with ice. Pour drink into sling and add mint. Stir with bar spoon
Garnish: Sling has mini inflatable float around it

Morgan's Spiced - 37.5ml Creme de Mure - 12.5ml Bubblegum Syrup - 25ml Vanilla Syrup - 12.5ml Raspberry Sauce - 12.5ml Milk - 100ml
Glass: sundae glass with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients in a boston with ice and shake. Strain into sling with ice and top with an ice cream swirl.
Garnish: ice cream cone placed at an angle over the ice cream and served with flake on opposite side

Archers - 25ml JJ Whitley Gin - 25ml Lemon Juice - 25ml Egg Whites - 25ml Lavender Gomme - 12.5ml Cranberry Juice - 50ml
Glass: coupe with no ice
Method: Shake all ingredients in a boston with NO ice. Then add ice and shake again. Double strain into coupe
Garnish: Banksy topper and edible flowers

Eristoff - 25ml Baileys - 25ml Chocolate Sauce - 25ml Hazelnut Syrup - 12.5ml Milk - 100ml
Glass: Sundae glass with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients in a boston with ice. Line inside of sling with extra chocolate sauce and strain boston into glass.
Garnish: top with whipped cream and dunk full Kinder Bueno bar into cream

Tanqueray Gin - 25ml
Triple Sec - 25ml
Strawberry Syrup - 12.5ml
Cranberry Juice - 100ml
Glass: Margarita glass with fluffed candy floss and mini carafe for drink
Method: Shake all ingredients in a boston with ice. Strain and pour into mini carafe.
Garnish: customers served glass with candyfloss and mini carafe.

Glass: Sling with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a boston with ice. Strain into glass and top with ginger beer

Glass: Ziplock bag filled with ice and two fish
Method: Top with lemonade and then add spirits
Garnish: candy fish and straw diagonally in drink

JJ Whitley - 50ml Lemon Juice - 25ml Gomme - 12.5ml Soda - Top Peach Syrup - 12.5ml in gun
Glass: tin cup with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients (except soda and peach syrup) in a boston with ice. Strain into cup and topped with crushed ice dome. Top with soda.
Garnish: serve with pistol filled with peach syrup

Malibu - 25ml
Blue Curacao - 25ml
Pineapple Juice - 100ml
Lemonade - Top
Glass: Sling with cubed ice
Method: Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) in a boston with ice and strain into sling. Top with lemonade.
Garnish: peg a bag of popping candy to the side

Grenadine - 12.5ml
Glass: margarita
Method: Shake all ingredients into a boston with ice. Strain into margarita glass.
Garnish: top with fortune topper and create a smoke bubble on top.

Red Bull - 1/3 of can
Cointreau - 25ml
Jaeger - 25ml
Glass: hi-ball
Method: pour 1/3 can of Red Bull into glass. Pour spirits into two shot glasses then balance the shots inside the glass
