What are the common examination findings?
A
Weakness in facial movement:
- Raise eyebrows - fine in UMN lesion
- Eyes wide
- Puff out cheeks
- Show teeth
- Shaving pose
Loss of taste in anterior 2/3 tongue

What are the investigations?
A
- To finish the exam i would like to do - Upper/lower limb exam and cranial nerves
- By the bed - History, obs
- Bloods - FBC for infection, amylase, Bone profile (sarcoid), glucose
- Others - CT head
