A

Weakness in facial movement:

  • Raise eyebrows - fine in UMN lesion
  • Eyes wide
  • Puff out cheeks
  • Show teeth
  • Shaving pose

Loss of taste in anterior 2/3 tongue

What are the investigations?

A
  • To finish the exam i would like to do - Upper/lower limb exam and cranial nerves
  • By the bed - History, obs
  • Bloods - FBC for infection, amylase, Bone profile (sarcoid), glucose
  • Others - CT head
