Q

What actors effect enzymes and why

A

Temperature low temp- this does not denatue the enzyme- molecules have less kinetic energy this means that there are less successful collisions which means there is no enzyme substate comlexs being formed.
Too High temp- molecules have more kinetic energy so bonds will break, the active site i no longer complimentary to specific sustrate- enyme substrate complexes are not formed.
pH levels-
Concentration of the enzme
Substrate concentration- increase in molecules= incrase in successful collisions= more enzyme substrate complexes are formed.
