1. Cleanse eye area with eye makeup remover
2. Apply Petroleum Jelly to bottom side of wet cotton pads and place under lower lashes then apply Jelly to top of eyelid close to lashes.
3. Mix 1/4 inch dye with 10 drops of 3-10% peroxide
4. Apply tint to eyelashes with eyes closed
5. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for processing time. 5 - 15 minutes.
6. Remove tint with damp Q tips
7. Flush eyes with water
