- ptosis (eye drooping)
- pink eye
- peri orbital edema swelling

- decrease in visual acuity in pt >70
- macular degeneration (blurs central vision)
- cataracts (clouding of lens)
- diabetic retinopathy (damaged blood vessels in retina)
- glaucoma (optic nerve damage)
