or transdermal patches

Continuous combined HRT - postmenopausal, uterus
Oestradiol/norethisterone 1mg/0.5mg or transdermal patches 50mcg/170mcg twice weekly

Topical vaginal oestrogen
Oestradiol vaginal tablet 10mcg as directed
