SSx of EDH?
A
Persistent headache Loss of consciousness Lucid interval Vomiting Seizures Drowsiness Cushing's phenomenon (Bradycardia, raised BP, deep irregular breathing) Fixed ipsilateral pupil dilation Contralateral hemiparesis (can become bilateral)

A
CT head

What would CT head show?
A
Lens (biconvex) shaped haematoma
Possibly (if raised ICP):
1) Midline shift
2) Compression of ventricles

Emergency Treatment?
A
ABC
Intubation + Ventilation + IV mannitol

Clot evacuation +/- ligation
