A
Persistent headache
Loss of consciousness
Lucid interval
Vomiting
Seizures
Drowsiness
Cushing's phenomenon (Bradycardia, raised BP, deep irregular breathing)
Fixed ipsilateral pupil dilation
Contralateral hemiparesis (can become bilateral)
