Ceremonially, the smoke from the medicine is skillfully waved over the patient, cleansing and blessing the mind, body, and spirit. When the tower finishes in 2025, the practice will get its own fully dedicated room. The new tower also plans to decorate the inside with art that feels welcoming to Indigenous peoples, and the hospital’s facilities also support other traditional practices, such as dance or drums!

Conclusion FULL

A

Using these sources and some from my group members, I have decided to award Canada with a level 3 on its report card. In the past few years, Canada has improved a lot in upholding these rights— particularly with the hospital and the controlled burning— but those stories are few, and with a vast country like Canada, there is still a long way to go, especially when it comes to listening to concerns and efficiently providing compensation. This is why I grade it a 3, and not a 4. That’s all, and thank you for listening to my presentation.
