what is a gene bank
they store genetic material from a species that are used for research or produce an endangered species if it ever becomes extinct
what are seed banks
stores dried plant seeds at low temperatures
what are tissue banks
stores buds and other plant cells from plants
what are cryobanks
stores seed, pollen, embryos, and sperm and egg cells at very low temperatures
