There maybe medical evidence that suspects or victim has enhaled prior to explosion.

When using KIT ensure that

A
Samples cant be cross contaminated
All containers are sealed and labelled
Liquid samples secured and isolated from other exhibits 
The kit forwarded as a unit
The package correctly addressed

Dont forward liquid samples in anything other then bottles provided

A

Uplift with a clean droppwe pippete (tube) and treat it as a liquid sample

Alternatively, absorb in a tissue and place in a tin

A

OC scene may need authorise expert.

In this case

  • Create a path to the centre of the explosion by using clean unused role of plastic ir approved stepping plates.
  • have ESR analyst start swabbing the area asap, outwards from seat of fire
  • vertical sheets of iron are good for sourve of residue (street signs, posts, etc)
