Red Flags for Headaches

A

Intracranial Bleed (recent trauma, thunderclap headache)
Subarachnoid, —> Sentinel headache.
Extradural haemorrhage
Subdural haemorrhage

Raised ICP - Headache, confusion, blurred vision, vomiting, papilloedema Hypertension.

Temporal Arteritis - Jaw claudication, scalp tenderness, Visual problems.

Glaucoma - Painful, dilated red eye. Visual blurring and halos.

Meningism symptoms - fever, rash, photophobia, Confused, neck stiffness.
