Description: what does it look like? Any blisters are raised areas? What colour is it? Does it blanch?
Secondary features: itchy/painful, trusting. Exacerbating/relieving factors, e.g. heat, sunlight, cold, treatment, allergies.
Associated rheumatological symptoms.
