What is Lewin’s force field analysis
It is about overcoming the resistant forces of change and use the driving forces of change to get to the desired state of change.
What are definitions of Power?
Clegg et al : power is to organisations as oxygen is to living and that it concerns the ways that social relations shape capabilities, decisions, change. Power can be positive as well as negative.
Giddens argues that power is fundamental to life and is a necessary component of human condition.
What are characteristics of power?
It is relational Derived from difference of opinion Involves beliefs and perceptions. Never one sided. Power is contextual.
