Q

What is the agentic shift?

A

The agentic shift is the move from an autonomous state (feeling control over and responsibility for own actions) to an agentic state (do not choose how to act they do as they are told and act as an agent for the authoritative figure). Thusly meaning that they do not feel responsible for their actions as they are only doing what they have been told
