Accuracy usually depends on the method you use to obtain your results

Reliability

A

If you carry out several repeats and your results are similar, you can be confident that your results are reliable.
By identifying anomalies and removing them and calculating a mean you increase the reliability of your results

The smallest unit on the scale of measuring instruments you are using.
