Q

Procedure: Making base

A
  1. Weigh out ~2.5 g of KHP and dissolve it in a 250 mL volumetric flask filled halfway with DI water (125 mL)
    then add the rest
2 . Shake flask to make sure solution is uniform
  2. Calculate molarity (mol/L)

Q

Procedure: Standardization

A
  1. Clean and rinse pipet and
  2. Transfer a small amount into a beaker and transfer that into a Erlenmeyer flask
  3. Add 3 drops of the indicator into the flask
  4. Record the initial volume and titrate until it is a light pink
  5. Record the final volume
  6. Calculate molarity
