How might choice of exercises differ in a group setting from an individual setting?
A
- exercise choice depends on what everyone in the group is able to do
- exercise choice is not individualised to any one patient

what are benefits of group exercise over individual exercise?
A
- social support -> patient may feel more motivated to be physically active becuase other people are also in a similar situation to them
- makes physical activity fun for patients

what would be the disadvantages of a group setting?
A
- can’t fully focus on the specific patient -> hard to see when patient needs extra support/if they are carrying out exercise correctly
- lack of individualised programme -> might not lead to improvement wanted
