Exercise 8: Vascular Tissue Flashcards
The intercellular substance
Plasma
They are fragments of large megakaryocytes formed in red marrow: oval in form; no nucleus, life span from 4 to 5 days.
Thrombocytes
They are flat and appear as biconcave disc without a nucleus in the adult specimen. they are carries of oxygen and carbon dioxide
Erythrocytes
the cytoplasm is with coarse red granules in the cytoplasm and the there are two lobules in the nucleus.
Eosinophil
Are the blood and the lymph. These tissues serve to distribute oxygen, nutrients and hormones to all parts of the body and to move waste products and toxins.
Vascular tissues
include the long mono-nucleus and transition type; are large cells, each with eccentric nucleus. Known as the largest of the WBC with bean-shaped.
Monocytes
Type of leukocytes
Granulocytes
Agranulocytes
