Which documents are exempt?

A
  • documents contrary to public interest
  • would prejudice relations between the Commonwealth or any state or territory
  • information divulged in confidence
  • documents affecting national security, defence or international relations
  • document of court services victoria
  • opinions or recommendations for the purpose of a deliberative process
