A
- documents contrary to public interest
- would prejudice relations between the Commonwealth or any state or territory
- information divulged in confidence
- documents affecting national security, defence or international relations
- document of court services victoria
- opinions or recommendations for the purpose of a deliberative process
- law enforcement documents that would hinder the investigation and fair trial of a breach of law or disclose the confidential source of information or endanger the physical safety of a person

- personal affairs information
- information that would increase the risk to the safety of a child
- trade secrets
- documents that could have an adverse effect on the economy - eg, considerations of rate/fee changes
- documents that an act is enforced specifically requiring secrecy
