- War Powers Act: intended to limit the president’s power of Commander in Chief
Congress must authorize within 60 days
-Executive Privilege: president does not have to share information
-Executive Agreement: makes an agreement with another country
Majority from both the House and the Senate (easier)
-Signing Statements: “comment section” president can provide his opinions while signing a bill into law
