Who participates in the PO Sync?
Product Owners and Product Management and my be facilitated by the RTE or a Product Manager

What’s the purpose of the PO Sync?
To find out how well the ART is:
- Progressing towards PI Objectives
along with:
- Discuss Feature development
- Assess needed scope adjustments
Can also be used for preparation for PI Planning
How often is the PO Sync?
Usually weekly and timeboxed (30 to 60 minutes)
What is the System Demo for?
To show the sprint/increment completed work from all the ART teams
Only completed work, toggle off any incomplete Features
When do System Demos occur?
Demos occur after Iteration Review–ideally the day after the iteration ends
How should a System Demo be done?
The system demo tests and evaluates the full solution in a production-like context (often staging) to receive feedback from stakeholders.
Who are the typical attendees for a System Demo
- Product Managers and Product Owners
- Business owners and executive sponsors
- System Team members – the folks who setup the demo in the staging environment
- System Architect
- Other teams that participated in the sprint/iteration like Cloud
- ART agile team members
What is the recommended agenda for a System Demo?

Teams meet with their business owners to self-assess their achieved business value compared to their PI Objectives

Functional
- Counts of issues planned vs accepted
- Program velocity
- Control charts or other predictability measures
Quality
- Test Coverage
- Defects found during testing
- Automation Test coverage percentage
