F2
Click this when you have a cell selected. It will go directly into the Formula tab at the top.
F4
When in the Formula Tab if a Cell, it will toggle a particular cell reference between absolute and relative referencing (the ‘$’ which fixes the position of a row, column or both.
F9
If your worksheet is set on Manual Calculations (mine usually are) then F9 will refresh your Formulas.
CTRL Page Down OR Page Up
This will toggle between your different Sheets in a Workbook. So say for example you have 12 worksheets (Jan to Dec), this will help you effortlessly navigate through them.
CTRL Arrows
This will select the last cell with values in a range. Say you have a table that has every row filled in (300 rows), then if you start from the first row and hit CTRL Down Arrow, it will jump to the bottom row of the table and select that cell
CTRL SHIFT Arrows
Similar to the above, only by adding SHIFT it will select the entire range(so in our previous example, it would select all 300 rows.
SHIFT F10
This opens up the right click menu on the particular cell you’re on.
CTRL F1
Collapse / bring back the EXCEL ribbon from the top. Sometimes you just need more space to visualize your data.
CTRL ‘F’
Brings up the the ‘Find’ Box to look for relevant keywords, Formulas.
CTRL ‘H’
Even more important (I use this a lot), it brings up the ‘Find and Replace’ box, which you can use to replace a large number of values or formula variables very quickly.
