Latent TB is treated with isoniazid for 9 months (or rifampicin for 4 months). TB disease is treated with 4 first line drugs (isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol) for 2 months followed by isoniazid and rifampicin for 4 additional months.
