What happened to Jennifer Cardy
In 1981, nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy was abducted near her home in Co. Antrim and murdered by a serial killer Robert Black .She went out on her bike but never came home. Her body was found by two duck hunters at McKees Dam near Hillsborough on the 18th of August
What the Cardy family did
The family had asked Robert Black to reveal where he had hidden the bodies of other girls to tell the families where their children were. He died of a heart attack before revealing where the bodies were. The family had prayed for Robert Black and forgave him
