How to differentiate lipids
Fatty Acids- Omega end, saturation( chanins of c and H bonds), alpha end
Tryglycerides: Glycerol backbone with 3 fatty acid attatched
Phospholipids: Glycerol with atleast 1 fatty acid and phosphorus compund.
Sterols- no glycerol backbone, waxy substance, does not readily dissolve in water

Appetite: caused mostly by external stimuli (sight, smell) and triggers a psychological effect that prompts you to eat something. That is, you eat because of a desire rather than the body’s need for food.
Hunger: Triggered by a physiological activities such as the release of hormones - grelin
