Signs and symptoms:
- burning sensation
- full/bloated
Red flags:
- Ingestion of NSAIDs
- Family history of cancer (GI)
- Severe or persistant dyspepsia
- Unexplained weight loss
Treatment: Non Pharmacological: - lifestyle modifications - Healthy eating - Weight reduction - Quit smoking - limit alcohol intake - Avoid food/factors that cause the dyspepsia Pharmacological - Antacid - PPI
