Triple therapy for H. Pylori for Patients who are allergic to penicillin, and who have not previously received a macrolide or metronidazole or are unable to tolerate bismuth quadruple therapy

• Metronidazole/Flagyl 500 mg PO BID
• 10-14 days total

• Metronidazole 375 mg PO QID
