• Amoxicillin + Clavulanate (Augmentin) 500 mg
• 1 tablets TID x 10d. Take with food.
• Dispense 30 (thirty)

• Azithromycin (Zithromax) 250 mg
• 2 tablets po on day 1 and then 1 tablet po qd for 4d. Take with food.

• Metronidazole (Flagyl) 500 mg
• 1 tablet po BID x 7d. Take with food. Avoid alcohol intake while taking and for 2d after last dose.
