1: Style/Approach -Collaboration should be an interactive way for two teachers to solve a problem, or plan a classroom.
2: Voluntary: Coteaching should be a voluntary choice for each teacher
3: Parity- Teachers should be at an equal level, participate equally
4: Mutual Problem- Coteachers should be working toward at least one common goal
5: Shared resposibility- all the responsibility of the classroom should be shared equally between each teacher.
6: Shared acountability- All the acountability of the classroom should be shared equally between each teacher.
7: Shared Resources- The same resources should be available to each teacher.
