Richard finally arrives last and takes control over the entire operation without anyone’s consent. he makes everyone so mad that Phillip leaves take army and goes home and starts to negotiate with prince john.

Richard Attack Jerusalem and is easily repelled by Saladin. and a negotiation is struck that allows pilgrimage of Christians to the holy land.

Pope tells him to go on crusade and he refuses. He becomes the “infidel emperor.” Pope threatens excommunication. he sails to holy Land and negotiates with Al-Kamil. Al-Kamil agrees to give holy land to Fredrick II and he becomes king of jerusalem. Pope is furious and sends army into Austria and excommunicates Frederick. Frederick leaves jerusalem to return home and it falls buck under Islam control.

A

Means Ruler, Chengiz Kahn’s grandson. Swept across Iran leveling cities as he went. This took only two days. Later came to city of Baghdad. The current ruler of was MUTASIM who refuses to surrender. Kahn asks to negotiate and when he does he kills all his generals and throws Mutasim off a cliff rolled up in a carpet. He then takes Baghdad and destroys it. This is the End of the Caliphate.
