Offered beds to passers and would make them fit the bed by streching them or cutting them up. Theseus killed him with his own axe

After impressing eachother in battle Pirithous, prince of Lapiths, befriended Theseus. At his wedding the Centaurs got drunk and tried to steal his bride but the Lapiths defeated them
