classic triad of endometriosis:
dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, dyschezia
Pathophysiology of endometriosis
estrogen levels rise > lesion tissue proliferates > menstrual bleeding causes inflammation > pain
Infectious or noninfectious inflammation of the vaginal mucosa, sometimes with inflammation of the vulva.

Often results from alteration of normal vaginal environment. (change in pH, balance of normal flora…)

s characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to another organ system, often the kidneys.

- Excess protein in your urine (proteinuria) or additional signs of kidney problems
- Severe headaches
- Changes in vision, including temporary loss of vision, blurred vision or light sensitivity
