Caudal
Pertaining to the tail (synonymous with inferior in human anatomy when specifying location in the trunk of the body)

Fowler’s position
Semi-sitting position with slight elevation of the knees.
Indicates the patient is in sitting position with the head of the bed raised between 30 degrees and 90 degrees. Variations in the angle are denoted by high Fowler, indicating an upright position at approximately 90 degrees, Fowler indicating an angle between 45 and 60, semi-Fowler is 30 to 45 degrees, and low Fowler where the head is slightly elevated.

Lying on left side with right knee drawn up and with left arm drawn behind, parallel to the back.
