The Millennium is not: the new creation
Theories of Millennialism:
1) Pre-millennialism (dispensationalism) –Parousia before millennium
2) Post-Millennialism – Parousia AFTER preaching
3) A-Millennialism – No future reign on earth
Three Kinds of death
- Physical death = life ceases
- Spiritual death = broken divine/human relationship
- Eternal death = final separation from God
3 States of Death
- Present (physical) –free will ended, opportunity for grace is gone
- Intermediate (waiting for judgment/go to God’s presence)
- Final (Heaven or Hell)
