(offensive weapon)
A person commits an offence if without either:
1:Lawful authority
2:A reasonable excuse
They have with them in a PUBLIC PLACE any OFFENSIVE WEAPON
In a PUBLIC PLACE
Any premises or place to which at the time the public have access weather on payment or otherwise

“Threatening with an Offensive Weapon”
A person commits an offence if they :
(1) offensive weapon PUBLIC PLACE
(2)Unlawfully and intentionally threaten the person with the weapon
(3) reasonable person would think they are in immediate harm
