Section 13 of the Theft Act 1968
Abstracting Electricity
A person who dishonestly uses without due authority, or dishonestly causes to be wasted or diverted, any electricity shall on conviction on indictment be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years
Section 22 Theft Act 1968

“A person handles stolen goods if (otherwise than in the course of the stealing) knowing or believing them to be stolen goods he dishonestly receives the goods, or dishonestly undertakes or assists in their retention, removal, disposal, or realisation by or for the benefit of another person, or if he arranges to do so.”

Two types of ‘handling’
A person who receives the goods themselves.
A person who manages the goods for the benefit of another.
FRAUD BY FALSE REPRESENTATIONS
Fraud by false representation is when an individual or business deliberately lies or misrepresents the truth when conducting a transaction in order to make a financial gain for themselves and/or cause a loss to another party.

(a)dishonestly fails to disclose to another person information which he is under a legal duty to disclose, and
(b)intends, by failing to disclose the information—
(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or
(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.
