Peasant riots become widespread.

Japan win war and peace treaty is signed. Soldiers paid more and free to squash the revolution.

St Petersburg Soviet of Worker’s deputies formed, this is a big threat to government as unions and strikes are coordinated now.
30 October?
October Manifesto - Duma, Civil rights, uncensored newspapers and land for the peasants. Middle class happy.
December?
Tsar takes back control with trooops.
