Deep well drained
loamy soils on the hill slopes at elevations ranging from 300 to 450 meters above sea level provide the best conditions for its growth. The yields decline at higher elevations and no rubber plantations are found above 700 metres elevation.
All India Kisan Congress
In 1934, with the formation of the Congress Socialist Party (CSP), the process of the consolidation of the Left forces received a significant push forward.

A Kisan Manifesto was finalized at the All-India Kisan Committee session in Bombay
At Faizpur, in Maharashtra, along with the Congress session, was held the second session of the All India Kisan Congress presided over by N.G. Ranga.

Home Rule League
Tilak launched the Indian Home Rule League in April 1916 at Belgaum.
Annie Besant launched the Home Rule League in September 1916 at Madras.
Tilak’s league - Maharashtra (excluding Bombay), Karnataka, Berar, etc.

When Annie Besant was arrested by Madras govt in 1917, Subramania Ayier renounced knighthood. To show solidarity, Madan Mohan Malviya, Surendranath Benerjee, M A Jinnah etc. joined Home Rule League.
