Q

How are salt crystals formed?

A

A salt solution was formed by dissolving the solute in the water. The solution was then exposed to the atmosphere to allow the water to evaporate. It then leaves the salt crystals behind

Q

What is evaporation? Explain

A

Evaporation is a method used to seperate a solute from a solvent in a solution by allowing all of the solvent to become gaseous (evaporate) and escape into the atmosphere.

Evaporation is a process during which liquid water is heated and changes state.water becomes a gas called water vapor. The water evaporates and has moved (diffused)away into the atmosphere
