Weaknesses of Marxism on crime?
A
1) Functionalism - crime has a positive function
2) Very deterministic, not all w.c. commit crime
3) Prosecutions against companies and the ruling class do happen (Google antitrust)
4) Capitalist countries such as Switzerland and Japan have low crime rates - not so criminogenic as they entail
5) LR- Most w.c. crime is committed against w.c. people and not the state.
