A
telogen effluvium, diffuse alopecia areata, androgenic alopecia, systemic disease

A
Discoid lupus, lichen planopilaris, frontal fibrosing, pseudopelade (“moth-eaten”), central centrifugal cicatricial, folliculitis decalvans, dissecting cellulitis, acne keloid, tufted folliculitis
