Iberian Peninsula
Occupied by both Spain and Portugal, the Iberian Peninsula lies in southwestern Europe
Italian Peninsula
The Italian Peninsula is in Southern Europe. It juts out into the Mediterranean Sea. To its east, lies the Adriatic Sea. (Basically just Italy)
Scandinavian Peninsula
The Scandinavian Peninsula is located in Northern Europe, and roughly comprises the mainlands of Sweden, Norway and the northwestern area of Finland
Jutland Peninsula
It forms the mainland part of Denmark and a northern part of Germany. It separates the North Sea from the Baltic Sea.
Sicily
an island in the central Mediterranean Sea, south of the Italian Peninsula in continental Europe

This mountainous barrier divides the dry, baked landscape of Northern Spain from the green and fertile hillsides of Southern France

The North European Plain extends from the southern United Kingdom east to Russia.
Danube
The river originates in Germany’s Black Forest and flows southeast for 2.860 km (1780 mi), passing through Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine before draining into the Black Sea.
Rhine
the border between Switzerland and Liechtenstein and also the border between Germany and France
Seine
originates near Dijon, flows through Paris, and discharges to the English Channel.
Volga
it flows through Central Russia to Southern Russia and into the Caspian Sea.
Adriatic Sea
lying between the Italian and Balkan peninsulas
Aegean Sea
between the modern countries of Greece and Turkey.
