issuing of Regulations, Directives and Decisions (now by the European Union).

What are regulations
A
They become law immediately to all member states in the European Union

What is a directive
A
A directive is issued from the EU and then transposed into national legislation by a member state

A
Decisions do not affect people in general, they are for particular situations which are infringements of EU Law
