Ethos question Flashcards
How would you support the catholic ethos of the trust
I feel that over the past five years, I have been a positive force in trying to achieve the Trust’s mission of, while being inspired by Christ, to enable each individual to fulfil their God given potential.
I volunteered to develop the behaviours that underpin the Trust’s gospel values of Gifts, Respect, Aspiration, Celebration, Community, and Excellence
For Gifts, I recognize and cultivate the unique talents of each team member.
Respect is central to my interactions, ensuring dignity and consideration in all of my dealings.
For Aspiration I set high standards and goals, inspiring my team to strive for continual improvement.
For Celebration, achievements and milestones would be key to maintaining morale and acknowledging hard work
In terms of Community, I emphasize the importance of collaboration and a sense of belonging.
Lastly, Excellence would be the benchmark for all our operations, ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed expectations.
