- men from ethnic minorities earn less than 10% compared to whites
-Pakistani and Bangladeshi men experience more than 20% earning deficit - for women differentials are around 5% highest deficit is black women at 18%
- Bangladeshi ethnic groups experience the worst of all others and have the highest poverty rate and only 25% have income that’s above the top half of incomes
