the willful inflection of injury, unreasonable confinement intimidation, or punishment that results in physical harm, pain or mental anguish, depriving the person of the good or services needed to attain or maintain well being
assault
intentionally attempting or threating to touch a person body with out the person consent
battery
touching a persons body without his or hers consent
boundary crossing
a brief act or behavior of being over involved with the person; the intent of the act of behavior is to meet the persons needs

an act or behavior that meets your need, not the persons
child abuse and neglect
the intention harm or mistreatment of a child under 18 years of age, it involves any recant act or failure to act on the part of a parent of caregiver, it results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploration and it presents a likely or immediate risk of harm
