- Raised with business/ commission director
- To be logged into the building management system or a formal complaints log
- No resolve - then escalation to overall business unit director
- Response/ update to be provided within 28 days (outcome will be to propose next step and actions)
- Still no resolve - can be sent to a third party for independent redress. There could be a cost involved if this is required.
