A
  1. the person or agent of a moral action is obliged to make a decision about which course of action is best
  2. there must be different courses of action to choose
  3. no matter what course of action is taken some moral principles are always compromised –> there is always a loss

  3. What relevant rules, regulations or guidelines are relevant to the dilemma
  4. What is the influence of the situation or context
  5. Which arguments can be formulated
  6. What is my conclusion/justification
  7. Will I act according to my conclusion
