First key point of occurrence reporting in detail
Report to the CAA, state of registry, and design organisation. Need to report the condition of the aircraft or component that has resulted in unsafe condition, or seriously hazards the flight safety.
The second key point of occurance reporting
Internal reporting system.
Collection, evaluation, assessment, extraction.
Identify trends and the corrective actions to take.
Circulate info as necessary.
The third key point of occurance reporting.
The reports to CAA need to be in a format that is established by the CAA so that all the pertinent information about the condition and evaluation can be known to the CAA
What is the fourth key point of occurrence reporting
When contracted to a commercial operator, a report shall also be submitted to the operator.
What is the fifth key point of occurrence reporting?
All reports shall be submitted ASAP or within 72 hours since the organisation was made aware of the condition.
What does an MOE contain?
Statement signed by the accountable manager, confirming the organisation will at all times remain in compliance with regulation ( part M and part ML)

Names + titles of any persons nominated to ensure compliance with regulations.
The duty and responsibility of the nominated people
A list of all certifying staff, support staff and airworthiness review staff, and their scope of work and responsibilities
General description of workforce resources, and the system to plan availability of staff

Specification of the scope of work
Procedure to change scope of work without needing prior approval
Procedure for changing the MOE
Procedure for specifying how the organisation will remain in compliance with regulations
